Off-Topic: John Lennon's 70th Birthday

Many musicians and fans from around the world will be gathering tomorrow, October 9, 2010, to celebrate John Lennon's 70th Birthday in Strawberry Fields, Central Park, NYC. Please join us if you can, the band I play with, The MEETLES, will be at the center of the circle. Here is a video shot by my friend, Juliet Hanlon, of last year's event. It gives you a good indication of what to expect.



I was very lucky to be alive and young at a time when John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr were making such great sounds. May their wonderful music go on through the generations.
